INETAB-KAUBECK, S.R.L. has over 40 years of experience in growing, processing and packing tobacco for the Dominican and international cigar industry. With its production facilities in Santiago de los Caballeros and Moca, it is located in the heart of the Cibao valley where the finest Dominican Binder, Longfiller and Shortfiller tobaccos are grown and harvested year after year by farmers who have learned the trade from their fathers and forefathers. INETAB’s agronomy team works closely together with the farmers to ensure the quality of the tobaccos being grown under its supervision, financing the crops from seedbed to harvest and supporting farmers with all they need to produce a quality crop providing fertilizer, crop protection agents and technical advice.
The tobaccos delivered by the farmers to INETAB’s warehouses are carefully inspected by expert tobacco receivers, then pre-sorted, fermented and sorted again into Binders and hand-stripped Longfillers for the premium hand-made cigar industry as well as Shortfillers for machine-made cigars.
