PAYMENT DETAILS
For the activities in La Romana from February 19-21:
You must book and pay your stay at the Casa de Campo Hotel through our website, no further cost is required. All meals are included at this resort and Procigar will be sponsoring the Golf Tournament (US$190.00 normal rate per person), the visit to Tabacalera de García, show entertainment, ground transportation to Santiago and other things to come, all free of charge.
For the activities in Santiago from February 21-24:
You also have to make your hotel reservation and payment for your staying at the Hodelpa Gran Almirante Hotel. Only breakfast is included at this hotel.
Registration Fee for the Santiago activities:
Fee for Welcome Dinner Only - February 22nd - US$150.00
Fee for White Dinner Party Only – February 23rd – US$150.00
Fee for Final Dinner Only – February 24th – US$175.00
Registration fee per Day (Tour and Dinner included) – US$350.00 each day
Entrance fee for the Procigar Poker Tournament for Charity- US$100.00
For the Complete Itinerary February 22-24 there is a discount of US$200.00
(includes all tours, lunches and dinners)
Total Fee: US$1,050.00 – US$200.00 discount = US$850.00
10% deposit is required for the complete registration. All other reservations must be paid completely.
